About the program
At Talaria our purpose is to Help people and communities enjoy a more certain financial future.
And for over 16 years we have been doing just that. Delivering high levels of consistent income, lower market risk and greater certainty of returns through our unique approach to global equity investing.
The Talaria Student Work Experience Program is designed to give university students valuable insights into what a career in a dynamic part of the financial services industry – funds management – could look like. The program is a paid internship over the course of 3 consecutive weeks.
2022 Winter Intake

We encourage students from all academic backgrounds and walks of life to apply. No prior experience in Finance is required – just a great attitude, ambition, and love for learning!
As part of the Student Work Experience Program, you will:
- Spend time rotating through our Investment Team
- Spend time rotating through our Marketing & Distribution Team
- Be assigned a mentor to help you through the program
- Learn from senior business leaders in our team
- Develop your technical and soft skills
- Be invited to join the Talaria Alumni Network

To be eligible for this program you must be enrolled in an Australian university degree with more than one year left of study. Candidates must have full working rights in Australia, and be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident.
